In response to COVID-19, new MBS Telehealth services allow access to essential at-home health services for patients isolating at home, to reduce the risk of vulnerable people being exposed to the virus. Or if you have had a face to face consult within the last 12 months with your GP.

This program is administered by our registered nurses who are accredited to provide immunisation within the clinic and the general community.
To help resolve and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression we offer GP mental health plans, counselling and psychology referrals.
We offer hearing assessments and the fitting of hearing aids with onsite Australian Hearing and Hidden Hearing Specialists.
We offer GP management plans, GP mental health plans and team care arrangements which provides access to services from many allied health practitioners and psychologists. To find out if you qualify for one of our management plans, please make an appointment with your doctor. Our chronic disease nurse will then help implement your plan.
The team of doctors and nurses can help you develop and implement necessary health care plans including: enhanced primary care, team care arrangements and mental health care plans. Your plan will document what support you can expect from each member of your heath care team and when.
Our nurses provide our patients with:
Vaccinations, wound management, health assessments, minor procedures and emergencies, ECGs, general medical information, health promotion support, results/recalls, pathology collection, care plans, iron infusions.
Patients are encouraged to make an appointment to see the nurse with reception where possible. Some procedures will incur a fee.

Our staff are trained and dedicated to serve you and you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return, we request that our doctors,staff and nursing team are treated with the same courtesy and respect.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive and violent abuse and behaviour towards our doctors,staff and nursing team or other patients. We respectfully advise you that abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated. If required the Police will be called and may result in the person concerned being removed from our practice.
